Module 6: Growth Mindset

A person’s theory about their own intelligence can have a significant impact on their motivation, effort, and approach to challenges. Those who believe ability is malleable are more likely to embrace challenges and persist despite failure. Carol Dweck is an expert in mindset and her research, along with that of others, demonstrates how different mindsets lead to different patterns of behaviour and success. In this module, you will explore the impact that growth mindset can have on students and educators.
